Back in June the House of Commons held its first ever general debate on Incontinence, and in November we were delighted to meet with two Members of Parliament who spoke about the need for better toilet facilities for people living with stomas. Jim Shannon (pictured) is the Democratic Unionist MP for Strangford, and Markus Campbell-Savours is the Labour MP for Penrith and Solway.
We explained our asks of the UK Government with regards to toilet provision and the guidance and support we received from both will be of huge benefit as we look to ramp up our campaigning to another level in 2026. Stay tuned for some potentially exciting news early in the New Year! |
