Stoma 101

Our recent survey highlighted that Leakage and sore skin is the number one practical stoma management challenge that people face.

If you experience either leakage or sore skin on a regular basis we would advise speaking to your stoma nurse as they can help. It might be that there is a more suitable bag for you, for example.

Looking for your next read?

Looking for your next read and searching for inspiration? A couple of new titles have just hit the shelves, and while they might be very different in terms of the tales they tell, they both have something in common: They're raising funds for us.

Josephine, Crazy Chauffeur: Trials & Trip-u-lations! by Linda Boulter tells the story of a lovable character devoted to her little dog.

Shimmy the Shark and his Stoma by Stephen Jefferson is a fun picture book that helps children embrace who they are with pride and confidence. Perfect for families, schools, and medical communities, this story offers a positive, uplifting message about resilience, self-esteem, and acceptance.
