Coronation Street’s Bethany Platt is facing a life changing trauma when a cosmetic procedure in Turkey goes disastrously wrong and she ends up with a permanent stoma.

Coronation Street have been working closely with Colostomy UK to ensure the storyline will be told as accurately and sensitively as possible.
